Search # Employee Highlight: Cameron Baden 8 Oct 2026 [Marketing Team](https://h2einc.com/the-power-blog/author/marketing-team) ![](https://h2einc.com/hubfs/DSC_0567%20(2).jpg) Cameron Baden is a Principal Designer and Engineering Specialist in H2E’s Liberty Lake office and a problem solver at heart. His path into drafting/design began in an unlikely place, a high school science class, where he discovered AutoCAD drafting. That early interest led him to Spokane Community College, where he earned his degree in Computer Aided Drafting & Design. But long before he was designing in AutoCAD, Cameron was already designing in high school by competing in Ag-Mech competitions and experimenting in the garage with engines, go carts, and snowmobiles.   After graduating, Cameron joined H2E in 2011 and quickly made his mark by developing comprehensive design expertise in the Cement and Utilities industries. Over the past 15 years, Cameron has grown with the H2E process, becoming a benchmark for design quality and technical excellence For Cameron, the approach has always been simple: understand the problem, find a solution, and make it work. Whether he’s working through a complex design challenge or troubleshooting in the field, that practical mindset continues to be one of his greatest strengths.   Looking forward, Cameron is excited to share that knowledge with the next generation of designers, engineers, and helping others reach the H2E standard of quality.
