Harrison Krous is a Drafter out of H2E’s Liberty Lake office who has been enhancing our Design team for nearly three years. Originally from Wenatchee, Harrison got his start with H2E as an intern while attending Eastern Washington University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering. Now an accomplished Drafter with a developing specialty in Cement Plants, Harrison’s technical skills and ability to guide projects toward success appear to have no limitations in their growth.
As a staffer who has experienced H2E from internship to core team member, Harrison has a uniquely involved outlook, “H2E is a great company, it’s a culture that facilitates growth and knowledge while enabling position advancement and experience. I have amazing mentors and I love the people here; everyone wants to help each other succeed.” This disposition combined with a deep interest in the systems H2E supports have been hallmarks of Harrison’s development, “Every industry process that we work with gives me gratification, there’s something cool to learn that you never would have guessed with each one, the science is mind blowing and gives you a different perspective on how things are produced.” This interest, along with Harrison’s philosophy of constantly asking informed questions are a few of the many factors that make Harrison a valued team member.
Harrison has also been an active part of H2E’s on-site teams, “There is always a benefit to getting my eyes on the equipment and process first-hand, seeing it all in the field helps to learn exponentially and truly get the full picture of the project.” When he is not spending time at industrial sites, Harrison spends time with his wife, Sam, or enjoys his hobbies of hunting, fishing and gaming!
We are very lucky to have Harrison on the team!
