To celebrate the 25th year of H2E our Company Owners were awarded commemorative Cowboy Hats! H2E has grown significantly from the original two owners, Neil Heckerman and Troy Pefley, each new owner has provided a breadth of value and experience to H2E that has allowed us to flourish into new industries and engineering disciplines.
All of H2E's owners serve as full time employees filling the roles of Team Leaders, Project Managers, Principal Designers and Principal Engineers. Their belief in and commitment to H2E's core values of Excellence Communication and Passion has fostered an environment of unbridled professional growth and a culture of pure value.
