Lisa Hahn, an electrical design drafter out of H2E’s Helena, Montana office has been broadening her horizons in the industrial sector for seven years! Originally from Wisconsin, Lisa developed a passion for mechanical design while working on cars with her father. Excelling quickly, she gained experience in the fabrication, agriculture and light metals industries before starting her drafting tenure at H2E.
According to Lisa, H2E has a special outlook, “H2E is super in-touch with the Clients, it’s rewarding to have a different relationship and learn with each one, especially because they keep coming back! It’s cool to be part of a company that people respect.” In learning the best methods to help Client’s, Lisa’s philosophy is “If I run into a roadblock, I take the time to think it through until I fully understand it, then I continuously ask questions until the answer reveals itself!” Now, as a mentor, she’s helping new drafters adopt the same approach.
Outside of work, Lisa and her husband are off-grid homesteaders who are building their own self-sustaining property. Between her two dogs, four cats, twelve chickens, ATV’s, hiking and the constant cutting of firewood, they have truly embraced the Montana lifestyle. Lisa’s electrical experience is coming in handy as she is designing their solar energy array this summer!
