Morgan Pefley, a Project Coordinator at H2E’s Liberty Lake office has been improving and facilitating projects through her administration of H2E’s quality system for exactly a year! Originally from Spokane, Morgan holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry from Eastern Washington University. With previous experience in the Veterinary and Medical Science fields, Morgan decided to widen her scope and lend her talents to the wonderful world of project management and industrial electrical consulting!
Now a prominent member of H2E’s Project Management team, Morgan has experienced that the depth of problem solving necessary to drive projects goes well beyond scope, schedule and budget, “Digging deep into people management, finding out what makes them tick, so that I can enable them individually to do their best technical work has been a major focus of mine.” Along with her blossoming project and people skills, Morgan has become an ardent advocate of H2E’s Quality Program, “Learning our QMS and how to apply it, has been the most important challenge I’ve tackled. I have yet to see a project fail here because the Quality System enforces our success.” This willingness to learn and engage with every facet that makes H2E different has propelled Morgan to the center of project performance.
Outside of work, Morgan plans to obtain her MBA and PMP certifications to ensure her qualifications match her capabilities! She will also continue her hobbies; hunting, hiking, traveling, and horse riding this fall.
