H2E is pleased to welcome Kelly Deckard as H2E's PMO Manager! Originally from Olympia, Washington; Kelly received her degree in Pre-Law and Psychology from Washington State University. With previous experience as an Operations Manager in the Heavy Equipment & Industrial fields, Kelly is bringing a wealth of program management, and diverse facility field experience to the team. Kelly is excited to lead our project management team to a high-performing, self sustaining standard that sets the industry benchmark for electrical engineering project delivery.

We're grateful to have Kelly on the team!
